12 Goblet Squats
12 KB Swings

AMRAP 6
8 Burpees
8 Goblet Squats
8 KB Swings
-REST 1-
AMRAP 6
4 Burpees
4 Goblet Squats
4 KB Swings

Person "A" does 1 round, then rests while person "B" does a round.  Keep alternating during the 6 minute duration.  After 6 minutes, switch partners.
