Min 1 - Tire Deadlifts (Heavy as possible) x 5
Min 2 - Pushups x 10
Min 3 - Butterfly Situps x 15
Min 4 - Max Jump Ropes (Singles)
Min 5 - Recovery
In minutes 1-3 use any remaining time after the set amount of reps are completed as rest.
Min 4 - Go as hard/fast as you can for the entire minute
Min 5 - Active Recovery
Repeat entire sequence x 6 (30 minutes)
