-Air Squats
-Jump Rope (Double Unders if possible)
-KB Swing (26# full American)
-Tire Flip
-Ball Slam (12# ball)
-Thruster (15/10# Dumbells)
-Burpees
-Pullups (Ring)
-RECOVER-
Using rope slams as trigger, do 2-3 rounds of the following movements with little rest between movements.
Rope Slam x 30
Pushups x max reps
Air Squats x max reps
KB Swing x max reps
Situps x max reps
Ball Slam x max reps
add/remove additional movements from above based on group size
